1. Prepare all ingredients in advance.

2. Turn on hight heat, add 4 tbsp cooking oil to the frying pan, when the oil is hot add the egg, frying them until around the white egg is crispy.

3. Add cooking oil to the pan over high heat, when the oil is hot. Add chillies and garlic to the pan and stir for roughly for 10 seconds, then add fresh meat.

4. When the meat is nearly done add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce and a pinch of sugar. Stir for 2 minutes.

5. Turn off the heat then add fresh basil, chilli pepper stir for 5 seconds

6. Serve with Thai jasmine rice and fried egg on top
